McCone Properties in Dubai is seeking ambitious individuals to relocate and build a real estate career from zero. You will help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property, earn their trust, and guide them through the market to close deals.

No prior real estate experience is required; we train you from scratch. You’ll join a team that values hunger and discipline, with a two-week training academy and support to obtain RERA licensing.

Qualifications

• Eager to learn and succeed in real estate.
• Disciplined and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to relocate to Dubai within 1–3 months.
