Une compagnie d'assurance internationale recherche un assistant pour soutenir les équipes de souscription dans le processus de renouvellement des contrats de réassurance. Le candidat idéal possède une maîtrise des outils informatiques tels qu’Excel, Word et PowerPoint. YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Group Ceded Reinsurance Department
  • Define the reinsurance strategy for the AXA Group.
  • Analyze the risks of the covered portfolios.
  • Protect the balance sheet of the Group's entities.
  • Secure the insurance operations of the Group's subsidiaries.
  • Implement solutions that optimize the Group's internal capacities and risk transfers to external markets.

Within the Group Ceded Re, you will join the Operations department in charge of the support AXA Group Underwriting activities from placement, claims to technical accounting.

Within this Department, you will be part of the team Underwriting Coordination & Quality Management (UCQM) in charge to assist the Reinsurance underwriters during the renewal period, ensuring data quality, control on processes’ compliance and delivering best in class IT solutions.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The job holder supports the underwriting teams on cross‑functional missions related to the placement of reinsurance treaties. He / She is responsible for key processes necessary for the smooth operation of activities. He / She takes an active part in working groups established for cross‑functional projects with a focus on seeking simplification opportunities. He / She is also involved in the quality control of placement data.

  • Support and assist the underwriting teams throughout the renewal process
    • Provide support and training on placement tools as well as the contract management tool and relationships with reinsurers
    • Assist in the preparation of renewal data
    • Participate in working groups focused on improving management tools and training for teams
    • Conduct specific studies related to standardization and simplification of data concerning the construction of renewal information for the reinsurance market
    • Lead studies related to data quality and monitor action plans
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of renewal data as well as contractual data
    • Control data accuracy
    • Notify teams of errors and explain how to fix it
    • Track corrections
  • Contribute to the update of procedures and ensure their implementation in compliance with recommendations made by auditors.
  • Participate in the cross‑functional projects of the team:
    • Gather requirements
    • Participate in writing specifications
    • Take part in workshops
    • Write and update user guides
    • Participate in prioritizing change requests
    • Facilitate training sessions
YOUR PROFILE
Technical and Professional Skills
  • You have a strong proficiency in computer tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • You can quickly become autonomous and enjoy taking on responsibilities.
  • You are recognized for your ability to work in a team and your interpersonal skills.
  • You have a good understanding of the basic concepts of insurance and reinsurance.
  • You are comfortable with management procedures and their implementation.
  • You possess an English proficiency level of B2 to C1.
