AXA in Paris seeks a Reinsurance Accounting Specialist within Group Ceded Reinsurance to manage administrative, accounting and financial operations of reinsurance portfolios in line with procedures. You will handle data entry, accounts verification, and settlements to third parties, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

The role requires 3-4 years in a reinsurance accounting environment, strong data management and fluent English. Hybrid work arrangement and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance concepts.
• 3-4 years in an insurance/reinsurance technical accounting department.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate with good data management skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all administrative, accounting, and financial operations for reinsurance portfolios are compliant and timely.
• Handle accounting matters related to reinsurance portfolios within scope.
• Process contractual data into the accounting system.
• Monitor and process reinsurance accounts from ceding companies in the IT system.
• Set up and send (retro)cession reinsurance accounts to reinsurers/brokers.
• Manage settlements and financial follow-up of third parties.
