KONE in France is seeking dedicated production operators to execute production orders, follow work instructions, and meet daily targets under the supervision of the Factory Work Leader. You will perform autonomous maintenance within your scope according to SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement ideas.

In this role you will report non-conformances, confirm completed operations with the required tools, and help maintain a safe, well-organized working environment where teamwork and quality

• Maintain safe and well-organized workplace according to SOPs and participate in autonomous maintenance within given scope.
• Execute production according to orders and specifications, and verify operations with the specified tools.
• Report non-conformances (Andon, Downtime, Mark Issue) and assist in fixes as instructed.

People

• Maintain safe and well-organized workplace and execute autonomous maintenance activities in given scope according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Participate and contribute to continuous improvement activities based on own observations and ideas.

Process execution and daily management

• Execute production according to production orders and other given specifications, work and quality instructions reaching to daily production targets given by Production Supervisor and/or Factory Work Leader.
• Report non-conformances (e.g. Andon, Downtime, Mark Issue) to relevant party and fixing issue according instructions.
• Confirm production order operations timely manner with given tools and according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) after execution
