A global technology leader is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth in Workforce Identity & Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have enterprise sales experience, a hunter mindset, and strong technical acumen. This role allows for hybrid working and offers the chance to influence digital transformation initiatives across the DACH region. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English, with travel up to 40%, are essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in enterprise sales of complex SaaS, cloud, or security solutions.
  • Ability to drive new logo acquisition and manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or SPIN.

Your mission as Regional Sales Manager:
  • Drive new-logo acquisition and overall revenue growth for Workforce Identity & Access Management solutions across the DACH region
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies in close collaboration with marketing, channel partners, sales engineering, and professional services
  • Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision-makers to expand market presence and uncover new opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity while providing accurate forecasts and maintaining up‑to‑date CRM records
We are looking forward to:
  • Proven success in enterprise sales of complex SaaS, cloud, or security solutions, ideally with strong IAM or cybersecurity knowledge
  • A true hunter mindset with the ability to drive new‑logo acquisition, develop territories, and manage complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with tools like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
  • Experience collaborating with resellers, VARs, and system integrators, plus familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or SPIN
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English; as well as ability to travel up to 40 %
