Regional Sales Manager - France, Belgium & Luxembourg

A global leader in advanced medical technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial performance across France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Known for delivering innovative healthcare solutions and supporting clinicians with high-quality products, the company is experiencing strong growth and expanding its commercial leadership team.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a talented sales organisation, shape regional strategy, and own delivery of a FY26 AOP of approx. $14M. This role combines strategic planning, hands‑on team leadership, and customer-facing excellence across a diverse medical technology portfolio.

The Role
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team across three countries
  • Deliver regional sales targets, manage budgets, and optimise resource deployment
  • Drive pipeline management through CRM (D365) and Power BI
  • Strengthen customer relationships, including major negotiations and engagement with key decision‑makers
  • Partner closely with Clinical Application Specialists and cross‑functional teams
  • Contribute to regional leadership discussions and ensure alignment with broader EU strategy
What You Bring
  • 5+ years' sales management experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technologies or related sectors
  • Proven success leading commercial teams in a matrix, multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset; confident using CRM and performance tools
  • Fluent French with strong English communication skills
  • Scientific or technical understanding is beneficial
Location & Travel
  • Ideally based in France (Paris preferred); strong candidates in Belgium also considered
  • Minimum three days per week in the field
  • Occasional European travel
