Job summary

Laboratoire Cooper is seeking a Senior Manager for Local Quality Management System (QMS) to support the GM teams across Nordics, Africa & Whitespace and ensure compliant products within regulations for medicines, food supplements, cosmetics and related sectors. You will lead QMS development, training, CAPA, audits, and coordinate external inspections with Regulatory.

The role requires collaboration with global QA teams and third-party providers to maintain inspection readiness and quality

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Quality, Chemistry, Regulatory or Pharmacy.
• At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare quality.
• Auditing qualifications and robust QMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Quality oversight for Nordics, Africa & Whitespace regions and CCHI products portfolio.
• Coordinate inspections/audits with Regulatory and external bodies.
• Lead QMS development, training and change control processes.
• Ensure QMS readiness for inspections and CAPA implementation.
• Coordinate with Freight, Distribution, Co-packers and third parties on quality.
