Spectrum Groupe is seeking a Marketing Assistant / Office Admin to support its UAE operations from Dubai (Dubai Silicon Oasis – Digital Park). The role covers marketing execution, content creation, event support, and administrative coordination with HQ in France and regional teams in Egypt, KSA and Bahrain.

Ideal candidates have a 1–3 year track record, a strong grasp of marketing principles, and proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn campaigns and Google Ads.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing/administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools and online marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• This is a strategic support role for the marketing team and coordination with admin and sales.
• Support UAE office marketing operations and regional activities in the Middle East.
• Write and edit marketing content for website and social media channels.
• Plan emails newsletters and manage events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Assist in lead generation, sales support, and proposal preparation.
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth UAE office operations.
• Coordinate with HQ in France and regional teams (EGYPT, KSA, BH).
