Deliveroo is seeking a Head Regional Accounts – Paris Outer to join our Paris team. This hybrid role leads a high-performing AM/SAM team and owns regional growth, balancing Paris-wide strategy with local execution. You will work with senior stakeholders, shape partner strategy, drive negotiations, and develop talent. Fluency in French and English is essential as you influence a fast-paced marketplace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial, client partnership or account management roles.
• Experience leading multi-layered teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex brand portfolios and strategic partnerships.
• Fluent French and English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of AMs/SAMs to drive regional growth in Paris Outer.
• Define and execute regional commercial strategy aligned with Paris-wide goals.
• Own end-to-end negotiations, renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, Strategy and Finance.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive performance.
