Data4 is seeking a Regional CAPEX Controller in Marcoussis to manage budgets and capex for data center projects. You will work with project managers and the finance team to monitor costs, forecast expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

The ideal candidate has a track record in project cost control within data centers or construction, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with financial modeling tools. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in project cost control, financial analysis, or project management in data centers or construction.
• Proficient in project management software and financial modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; able to work under pressure.
• SOX knowledge and fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets with project managers.
• Cost Tracking and Analysis: Implement cost control procedures and analyze financial data.
• Reporting: Generate regular financial reports including cost forecasts and variances.
• Change Management: Evaluate changes and approve funding while documenting impact.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and procurement for alignment.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure policy and regulation compliance; promote best practices.
• Forecasting: Maintain cost forecasting models and analyze historical data to inform budgets.
