Lesaffre is a global leader in yeasts and fermentation, with a strong focus on better nourishing and protecting the planet. Reporting to the Western Europe IT Manager, the BI role will empower BI users across 11 Western European entities and collaborate with Group Data, Digital & Tech teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analysis/BI, with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and MS Power BI, and holds a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a data analyst or in a BI-related role.
• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Solid background as a data analyst with knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and MS Power BI (essential).
• Data modeling skills (SAP Datasphere, Snowflake Data Cloud).
• Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Data model (essential).

Responsabilités

• Empowering BI Users by providing training, active support, and assistance to BI users.
• Create, animate, and lead the community of BI Key Users with regular training and technical assistance.
• Promote BI through examples of existing reports and automate reports where possible.
• Help design, test, and document new reports and share with regional BI referents.
• Collaborate on Group projects related to business intelligence and adapt Group reports to regional needs.

Job Description

Reporting to the Western Europe IT Manager, you will be working closely with the Regional, Group Data, Digital & Tech teams, and the users across 11 companies in Western Europe.

Missions :

• Empowering BI Users. Provide training, active support and assistance to the BI users by:
  
  
  
  • Creating, animating and leading the community of BI Key Users,
  
  
  • Providing them with regular training and technical assistance,
  
  
  • Promoting the BI through examples of existing reports,
  
  
  • Analyzing reporting needs and proposing the appropriate approach (using existing report or creating an ad hoc report),
  
  
  • Detecting any opportunity to automate reports using BI tools,
  
  
  • Supporting the creation, testing, and documentation of new reports, sharing them with other regional and Business Units BI referents,
  
  
  • Participating in the development of data models under the supervision of the Group BI team.
  
  
  
  


• Understand the existing BI reports of the Group BI catalogue,


• Investigate how these reports can be used in the Region,


• Adapt them to local needs as necessary.


• Collaborating on Group Projects:


• Actively participate in Group projects related to business intelligence.

Qualifications

Experience :

• Minimum 5+ years as a data analyst or in a BI-related role

Education :

• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification

Competences :

  • Solid background as a data analyst, with knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and MS Power BI (essential).
