Precise France is seeking a Specialist Mechanic for its precision workshop, focusing on the maintenance of spindles and electric spindles across various sectors including aerospace and automotive.

The ideal candidate will have a technical qualification, with 3-5 years' experience or a fresh post-secondary qualification in micro-engineering or mechanics. This role offers comprehensive training and requires a meticulous and skilled approach to mechanics.

Responsabilités

• Dismantle, clean, and inspect spindles.
• Identify worn or damaged components.
• Prepare repair quotes with technical assessments.
• Reassemble the spindle with new parts.
• Prepare reports on the work carried out and tests performed.

Leader in the maintenance, repair and renovation of all types and brands of spindles.

Missions :

You will work as a Specialist Mechanic in a precision workshop specialising in the maintenance of spindles and electric spindles for the aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, bar turning and watchmaking sectors.

Your duties will include:

• Dismantling, cleaning and inspecting spindles
• Identifying worn or damaged components
• Preparing repair quotes with detailed technical assessments
• Reassembling the spindle using new and suitable parts
• Preparing a report on the work carried out and tests performed

Profile required :

You have a technical qualification (such as a vocational baccalaureate in micro-engineering or mechanics) with at least 3–5 years’ experience, or a two-year post-secondary qualification (BTS MEI/MI or BTS MS/SP) and are fresh out of school, or you are simply passionate about mechanics.

• You are proficient in dimensional inspection tools and balancing or grinding techniques.
• You are meticulous, skilled and precise, and adhere to internal processes.
• You have an interest in mechanics and enjoy a challenge.
