Groupe ONET recherche un(e) récepti­on­niste en CDI pour une mission sur site à Eppeville, au sein de l’Onet Accueil. Vous assurez l’accueil des visiteurs et des employés, la gestion des badges et le standard téléphonique, avec une contribution administrative variée.

Le poste est à temps partiel, 9 heures par semaine, idéalement le vendredi, et requiert une excellente élocution et de bonnes compétences bureautiques. Une expérience en réception est appréciée.

Qualifications

• Expérience en réception appréciée.
• Excellente élocution et rédaction.
• Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Réception physique des visiteurs et des employés sur site.
• Réception téléphonique.
• Gestion logistique d’accueil: arrivée des camions et pesée.
• Gestion des badges: création et délivrance.
• Gestion du courrier et des mails.
• Réalisation diverses tâches administratives.

Description du poste

As part of the Onet Accueil branch in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier, you will be assigned to one of our clients’ sites located in Eppeville, at a sugar factory.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

• Physical reception of visitors and employees on site
• Telephone reception
• Logistics Reception: Managing Truck Arrivals and Truck Weighing
• Badge Management: Creation and Issuance
• Mailing Management
• Performing various administrative tasks

Schedule and Start Date:
We are looking for someone available for a part-time position of 9 hours per week, ideally every Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A 27-hour training session is scheduled for September 9–11 to help you get up to speed with the position and its various responsibilities.

Scheduled to begin on September 14.

Your rigor and your sense of service need no further demonstration. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
