Outsight is seeking an exceptional Algorithm Engineer to join our innovative team in Paris. You will contribute to developing and optimizing real-time algorithms for processing 3D LiDAR data to support clustering, classification, and semantic perception.

You will work on core modules, ensure high performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, international environment. Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
• +2 years experience as Algorithm Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in C++ with clean, efficient code.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data processing.
• Strong problem-solving and creative mindset for algorithm design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze the problem to solve and bibliography.
• Design and proposal of new modules/improvement of existing modules.
• Create an evaluation database to ensure the quality of your module.
• Development and integration to our C++ Software.
• SW testing (Unit testing, performance characterization, system testing, …) and documentation.
