Job summary

Air Apps is seeking a React Native Engineer to build and maintain our mobile apps. You'll collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers to deliver high-performance, user-friendly products.

This is a fully onsite role based at our Lisbon office. We’re open to supporting relocation to join a fast-growing, AI-powered startup with a remote-friendly culture.

You’ll own cross-platform development, implement features, optimize performance, and ensure quality with testing.

Qualifications

• Around 4+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
• Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux/Context API or other state management solutions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
• Knowledge of native development for iOS/Android is a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to create seamless, high-performance apps that delight our users. Your role will be crucial in driving innovation and ensuring that our apps meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
