Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Radiology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (any US state).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice as a diagnostic radiologist.
• Expertise in neuroradiology, body imaging, or musculoskeletal radiology is highly valued.
• Proficiency in PACS systems and familiarity with DICOM standards.
• Exceptional visual perception and analytical skills with the ability to provide precise, nuanced feedback.

Medical imaging is the 'eye' of modern medicine, and its accurate interpretation is vital for diagnosis and treatment. As a Radiologist, you will be crucial in training AI to precisely interpret complex images and generate clinically relevant reports, transforming diagnostic capabilities and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated interpretations of medical images (e.g., X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds) across various body systems and modalities.
• Assess the accuracy, completeness, and clinical utility of AI-produced radiology reports, ensuring adherence to structured reporting standards.
• Provide detailed, expert feedback on AI's ability to identify subtle pathological findings, differentiate between normal variants and disease, and formulate appropriate differential diagnoses.
• Develop challenging cases and ground-truth evaluations for AI training, including critical findings and incidentalomas.
• Identify and correct factual errors, mischaracterizations of imaging findings, or inappropriate clinical correlations in AI outputs.
• Contribute to the refinement of AI models for specific imaging tasks, such as lesion detection, quantification, and characterization.
