A leading technology company in Paris is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analyst to enhance our Core Finance IT team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, focusing on gathering requirements, delivering functional specifications, and driving quality assurance on integrations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytic skills alongside a deep understanding of financial processes. Join us to innovate and manage finance solutions effectively.
This is a critical, hands‑on role that requires strong business analysis skills and deep technical‑functional expertise. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable running a requirements workshop with Finance users as they are personally configuring, building, and testing the solution :
During the project, you will dive deep into the functional design, support the Product Owner in challenging the integrator's deliverables, and ensure the quality of the core solution.
Post‑project, you will be one of the primary IT owners for the "build" activities : managing and delivering functional evolutions and new enhancements within your scope.
Animate or co‑animate workshops with business stakeholders to capture and refine requirements for the core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR).
Author clear and actionable functional specifications (user stories, spec documents) that translate business needs into solution designs.
Critically review and challenge all functional deliverables from the integrator (design specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios).
Ensure design choices prioritize Oracle standard functionalities and align with operational business needs, supporting the Product Owner's backlog.
Support the IT R2R Product Owner by providing deep functional analysis to inform architectural and technical decisions.
Take charge of the "build" delivery (enhancements) for your functional stream, acting as the team's go‑to expert.
Configure, test, and deliver functional evolutions and new projects within your scope (e.g., new legal entities, payment format changes, accounting rules).
Act as the team's lead functional expert for complex issues; investigate, diagnose, and resolve.
Act as the primary functional partner to the Product Owner to analyze the feasibility of new demands (evolutions, bug‑fixes) and propose their design.
Collaborate with the IT R2R Product Owner and technical teams on the functional specifications for integrations impacting Finance (e.g., P2P flows, bank interfaces, O2C).
Ensure the solution's configuration correctly implements key financial requirements (IFRS, SOX, local GAAP) and internal controls.
Contribute to the test strategy (SIT, UAT) by defining and validating complex end‑to‑end functional scenarios.
Work in close partnership with Finance key users and the Product Owner to understand needs and design robust, scalable solutions.
Document solution configurations and functional processes to build Criteo's internal knowledge base and ensure long‑term autonomy.
A true "hybrid" profile : you are equally comfortable animating a requirements workshop with Finance users and configuring the system yourself.
5+ years of total experience in functional ERP roles (e.g., Functional Consultant, hybrid Business Analyst, Application Expert).
Proven functional and configuration expertise on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR). This remains a key prerequisite, ideally gained from at least one full implementation project.
A strong hands‑on and operational mindset. You are driven to personally investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues at a deep configuration level.
Demonstrates a strong curiosity for technological innovation (AI, RPA, Analytics) and a clear aptitude for applying it to solve practical finance challenges.
Strong grasp of core Finance processes : Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash.
Proven ability to work with and challenge system integrators on functional design and configuration quality.
Good understanding of the functional aspects of integrations (APIs, data flows) and data migration challenges in an ERP context.
Strong communication skills, ability to partner effectively with both business stakeholders (Finance) and technical teams. Fluent in English.
Knowledge of additional modules (Fixed Assets / FA, Cash Management) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes.
Multi‑country ERP rollout experience (IFRS, local GAAP, localization).
Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud, EPM, or related Oracle SaaS solutions.
Experience with audit, SOX, and security governance within an ERP.
