Eléphant Vert, based at the Lipofabrik Innovation Center in Lesquin, France, seeks an R&D engineer to explore interactions between plants, pests, diseases and biosolutions’ modes of action. You will design trials in controlled conditions and in the field, collaborate with institutes and CROs, and analyze results to guide product development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in entomology and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of microbial biosolutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English to communicate with international scientific communities.

• Develop biosolutions and design trials in controlled and field conditions.
• Collaborate with Institutes and CROs to evaluate modes of action.
• Analyze results, share insights with teams and publish when appropriate.
