C12 in Paris is seeking an intern to join the AI for Quantum team. You will design, develop and deploy qubit calibration algorithms, using AI and ML to automate processes, and contribute to scalable quantum hardware research on our in-house quantum chips.

You’ll read scientific articles, implement cutting-edge methods, and maintain code for industrialization while collaborating with scientists and engineers in a fast-growing, multi-national environment in the Panthéon district.

Formación

• You are enrolled in a Master’s program in Physics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field
• You have an appetite for coding
• You are eager to learn physics and to interact with both scientists and developers on a daily basis
• You are proficient in Python
• You have good experience with AI and Machine Learning tools
• You have some knowledge of Quantum Computing or Quantum Physics
• You have a good level of English, both oral and written

Responsabilidades

• Scientific reading (articles, open-source solutions, …)
• Implementation of cutting-edge algorithms for qubit calibration
• Writing and maintaining the code base for industrialisation purposes
• Testing and measuring on C12’s quantum chips
