Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in the Automotive industry (OEM or Tier-1).

  • High technical expertise in Li-ion cell design & manufacturing processes.
  • Pedagogical skills and ability to train teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to act in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

  • Ensure Verkor APQP is strictly followed by suppliers.
  • Manage customer relations and handle claims.

Overview

Verkor Quality team is looking for driven people, preferably with a chemical or mechanical background.

You will support technical teams with your expertise in supplier Quality Assurance, Customer quality relations management and project modification in serial life. You\'ll join an international company where many cultures are working together, and interpersonal skills are key to deploy quality mindset throughout the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality technical team in charge of:
  • Developing supplier performance during production phase: analyse suppliers\' QMS, prepare root cause analysis, audit, 8D management
  • Ensuring that Verkor APQP is strictly followed by suppliers
  • Customer relation and dealing with customer claims including parts analysis and parts failure report
  • Following product/process modification in the plant
  • Support on a daily basis quality managers with battery technical expertise
Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in Automotive industry (OEM or Tier-1)
  • 5 years of experience in Li-ion cell manufacturing industry
  • High technical expertise in Li-ion cell design & manufacturing processes
  • Aptitude to engage & influence other function involved in design & operations
  • Pedagogical skills and demonstrated ability to train teams, and perform mentorship
  • Demonstrated ability to act in fast paced and multi-cultural environment
