Partner with Quality Engineering to translate systemic process failures (identified via MRB/Scrap data) into long‑term corrective actions. Serve as the primary operational voice during cross‑functional quality meetings. Assist in Continuous Improvement projects and 5S initiatives to facilitate product excellence.
Operational Support: Serve as a technical resource for the team when complex inspection questions arise. Other duties as determined by the Quality Manager.
