Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Villejust, France, is seeking a Quality professional to maintain the QMS and drive continuous improvements. The role is hybrid, reporting to the France Quality Manager, with a February 2027 start.

You will pilot the Corrective Action process, lead weekly reviews, and contribute to internal audits while monitoring customer satisfaction and performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or engineering degree with specialization in Quality and Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a quality-focused role.
• Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, industrial codes, and customer expectations in nuclear.
• Proficiency in quality analysis methods and tools.
• Dynamic, proactive for driving initiatives and improvements.
• Strong communication skills across levels of the organization.
• Autonomous and accountable.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Quality Management System procedures and documentation.
• Lead the Corrective Action process and monitor implementation.

• Conduct root cause analyses and effectiveness reviews.
• Contribute to execution of internal audits.

About the role:

As part of the Quality Team your mission will be to contribute to the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and its continuous improvement.

You will report to the France Quality Manager and be located at Villejust, France.

Model of work: hybrid.

We would like you to start in February 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain Quality Management System procedures.
• Pilote for the Corrective Action process:
• o Support and monitor implementation in compliance with established procedures.
• o Lead weekly review committee meetings. o Issue performance and progress reports.
• o Conduct cause analyses and effectiveness reviews.
• o Contribute to the execution of internal audits.
• - Monitor customer satisfaction.- Maintain performance indicators and dashboards.

Qualifications:
