Egis en France is offering an internship focused on enhancing QHSE Quality processes across Operations & Maintenance. The role involves analysing performance requirements and mapping best practices.

The internship provides hands-on experience with operational challenges and opportunities for skill development in quality management. Ideal candidates are students in fields related to QHSE or Quality Management with solid organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Student at Bachelor’s or Master’s level (4–5 years) in QHSE, Quality Management, Performance Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interest in operational performance, quality management and continuous improvement.
• Ability to structure, synthesise and formalise operational tools.

Responsabilités

• Analyse Quality and Performance-related requirements applicable to O&M sites.
• Identify key performance and quality needs across the site’s lifecycle.
• Map existing internal Group tools and operational best practices related to Quality and Performance management.
