Medline is seeking a QC Inspector I to ensure quality and safety of products in manufacturing or distribution environments. You will inspect materials, components, and finished products, document findings, and report defects.

You will work with production or distribution teams to address issues and contribute to process improvements. The role requires basic education (high school) with no experience required, and involves reading blueprints or instructions, using measurement tools, and complying

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English.
• Follows GMP, GDP, ISO, or 21CFR 820/210-211 quality requirements.
• Performs inspections and documents results accurately.
• Collaborates with production/distribution teams to resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and specs.
• Identify and report defects and non-conformities.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement QC procedures and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with inventory checks and recall verifications.
• Operate PPE and potentially material handling equipment.
