Discover International is seeking a Quality Auditor with GLP/GxP experience for an international CRO environment. You will audit internal processes across multiple sites and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in QA or auditing in life sciences.
• Strong GLP experience.
• Familiar with GxP frameworks like GCP or ISO 17025.
• Understanding of CRO or life sciences quality requirements.
• Experience conducting internal audits and identifying gaps.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, good communicator.
• English level B1–B2; able to work with international stakeholders.
• Quality auditing certification would be a plus.

Are you a Quality Auditor with experience in GLP/GxP environments and looking for an opportunity within a growing international CRO?

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys auditing, compliance and continuous improvement and wants to work across a diverse range of preclinical and life sciences activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal GLP audits across sites, processes, studies and facilities.
• Audit study plans, amendments, raw data and study reports to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Assess compliance with GLP requirements, protocols and applicable regulations.
• Support supplier qualification and quality risk management activities.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on GLP and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process simplification.
• Maintain awareness of changes to relevant GLP regulations and quality standards.
• Support regulatory inspections and client audits when required.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing or a related quality role.
• Strong experience working within GLP environments.
• Experience with other GxP frameworks such as GCP or ISO 17025 would also be relevant.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO or life sciences quality requirements.
• Experience conducting internal audits and identifying compliance gaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with quality risk management and CAPA/continuous improvement would be advantageous.
• Quality auditing certification would be a plus.
• English B1–B2 level or above, with the ability to work with technical documentation and communicate with international stakeholders.
