Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Quality Line Side (QLS) engineer to join our Saint-Éloi machine tools production plant. You will safeguard quality across the site, enforce strict compliance, and act as a close expert for operational teams in a dynamic industrial setting. Shift work: day/night 2x8.

You will inspect non-conformances, draft concessions, set up MES/Andon, coordinate with Design Office and suppliers, and coach teams on quality mindset while supporting CNQ and customer returns.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control within an industrial production environment.
• Ability to draft concessions (DQ1) and QSOI.
• Experience with NC follow-ups using SAP systems.

Responsabilités

• Inspect non-conformances; manage NC follow-ups with SAP PGI, PEA, and PAC.
• Draft concessions (DQ1) and QSOI; set up MES/Andon; run CPB inspections.
• Act as area quality focal point (CNQ, customer returns) and supervise processes.
• Coordinate MFTs and ROPs; alert and participate in changes.
• Coach teams on quality mindset; liaise with Design Office and suppliers.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Line Side (QLS) - M/F to join our machine tools production plant based in Saint-Éloi. You will play a key role in ensuring quality excellence across the site and enforcing strict compliance standards. Serving as a close expert for operational teams, you will actively contribute to sector improvements within a dynamic industrial setting. Shift work schedule: day/night (2x8).

Your challenges:

• Inspect non-conformance areas, write, decide, and manage NC follow-ups using SAP PGI, PEA, and PAC.
• Draft concessions (DQ1) and QSOI, set up MES/Andon, and execute parasitic CPB inspections.
• Serve as the area quality focal point (CNQ, customer returns) and run operational surveillance on people and processes.
• Alert, participate in, and coordinate MFTs (Means Qualification, Change, CP, PPV, PPS1-2) and ROPs.
• Coach operational teams on quality mindset and interface directly with Design Office and suppliers.
