JLL in Paris is seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control for a hyperscale data center campus. You will guide the QA/QC program from preconstruction through commissioning, handover, and warranty, ensuring all work meets project specs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires deep MEP knowledge, constructibility input, and strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years construction quality management experience.
• At least 5 years on large-scale data center, mission-critical, or industrial projects.
• Proven experience managing QA/QC from preconstruction through commissioning, handover and defects liability.
• Strong MEP systems knowledge (HVAC, electrical distribution, fire suppression, BMS).
• Experience conducting constructibility reviews during design and construction phases.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, NFPA, IEC, and local codes; commissioning integration.

Responsabilités

• Lead the QA/QC program and manage the on-site QA/QC team.
• Coordinate inspection schedules, ITPs, NCRs, and documentation.
• Oversee preconstruction design QA, reviews, and constructibility input.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and safety standards.
• Manage commissioning coordination, handover, and defect rectification.
• Prepare quality reports and support third-party audits.
