We are looking for a talented and motivated QA Engineer who has a deep passion for product quality and customer satisfaction to join our team here at Ridecell. You will play a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by validating new features and improved functionality. We believe in Quality!

What You’ll Be Doing

• You'll understand the design & implementation, define the testing scope, implement test/coverage plans, and verify the correctness of the product.
• Build and expand most common use cases automated test cases and procedures for complete functional and non-functional test coverage across the many customers of the Ridecell platform.
• Work closely with internal and external customers if required to drive the quality of delivery.
• Ensure quality of unit, integration, and performance tests in a rapid development environment
• Design, develop, maintain and execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests.
• Triage issues, bugs and errors found during testing and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, solution architects, and other quality engineers to deliver high quality solutions.

What We Need To See

• BS degree or equivalent with 2+ years of quality engineering experience with complex mobile or web applications and software systems.
• Firm understanding of Mobile, both iOS and Android, QE testing, including building/setting up the Mobile environment for testing and the process to promote the application to Production
• Experience or Knowledge in automated testing initiatives (Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing and Load Testing) of REST API, web application & mobile apps.
• Analyze production issues, identify test gaps across the entire testing stack and make systemic improvements to Automation testing.
• Effectively and proactively communicate project status and key issues to Team Leads and/or Leadership.
• Knowledge on logging & monitoring tools like Splunk, Sumo Logic, Grafana, etc is a plus
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
• High work ethic with open minded positive attitude, and flexibility.
• Must reside in Bordeaux, France.

• Prior experience working with development and testing teams in both onshore and offshore locations.
• Proficient with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
