Position overview

As part of our Quality Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions for complex projects.

Your responsibilities will include

• Establish, implement, follow, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 management system processes and procedures.
• Report system performance and improvement needs to top management.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
• Promote a positive attitude towards certification.
• Act as the communication link with the certification body (DNV).
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance through annual third-party and periodic client audits.
• Facilitate client audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformances and improvement actions.
• Migrate the Namibian Quality Management System into an independent, locally tailored framework.
• Strengthen quality assurance through NCR management, training, and procedural guidance.
