Noval France, designer and manufacturer of mechatronic solutions, seeks a Purchasing Officer (M/F) to join its dynamic team in Auterive (31), near Toulouse, on a temporary basis.

You will negotiate terms, manage project procurement, and work closely with design and production teams while building long-term supplier relationships. The role requires 5 years of higher education in Procurement/Logistics and at least 3 years in industry, with English at B2.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ higher education in Procurement/Logistics.
• At least 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment.
• English: B2 level or above.
• Proficient in ERP systems, data and negotiation.

For over 20 years, Noval has been designing and manufacturing innovative solutions for the boating, housing, street furniture and sustainable transport sectors. Thanks to our design offices and production workshop, we support our clients from the initial idea right through to implementation.

We are looking for a Buyer (M/F) to join our dynamic team in Auterive (31), south of Toulouse, on a temporary basis.

Your responsibilities

• Negotiating the best purchasing terms (price, quality, lead times, CSR)
• Managing project procurement and supplies
• Work closely with the design departments and production
• To be a source of ideas for improving margins and processes
• Building long-term relationships with our suppliers

Your profile

• 5 years’ higher education in Procurement/Logistics
• At least 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment
• English: B2 level or above
• Proficient in ERP systems, data and negotiation

You are able to explain things clearly, adapt your communication style to suit your audience, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You take the initiative in proposing ideas, encourage collaborative working and foster the exchange of ideas. You take a proactive approach to driving your projects forward and foster enthusiasm and creativity in problem-solving.

What we offer

• Permanent contract – Fixed-fee executive role (218 days)
