Job summary

Red Hat Professional Services in Puteaux, France is seeking an Architect to join our GTM Consulting team. The role requires security clearance or eligibility, and local citizenship, with frontline responsibility to promote Red Hat solutions at enterprise accounts, government agencies, and partners.

You will work as a strategic adviser, designing and delivering workshops, guiding pilots and production deployments, and helping scale services across OpenShift, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent IT industry experience.
• Experience in consulting and delivering in one-on-one engagements.
• Delivery and architecture background in private/public cloud infrastructure and PaaS.
• Strong OpenShift, Day2Ops, Hybrid Cloud and virtualization knowledge in enterprise settings.
• Understanding of DevOps adoption and CI/CD standards.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI/ML architectures and workloads with OpenShift AI / RHEL AI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer advocate, designing and ensuring solutions are implemented reliably.
• Deliver discovery, analysis, and design workshops for diverse teams shaping use cases.
• Scope delivery projects and guide pilots and production deployments.
• Create content to enable sales, service, and support for cloud/infrastructure solutions at scale.
• Support Sales to accelerate technology adoption; perform Scoping/Discover/Navigate activities.
• Contribute to repeatable methodologies and tools to scale Red Hat's services.
• Act as a subject matter expert, presenting ideas in whitepapers, webinars, and conferences.
