The role requires energy, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. You will assist customers, process transactions, and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment, while learning about our products and rewards program.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16; must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to deliver great customer service and explain products.
• Comfort with technology and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge with customers.
• Stock and clean the store.
• Operate front and back of store, POS and payments.
• Process omni-channel requests and assist customers online/offline.
