Job summary

ThrustMe in France is seeking a Propulsion AIT Engineer (M/F) for the Production team to drive validation, integration, and test process improvements across propulsion systems.

You will bridge Production and Engineering, lead test campaigns, maintain documentation, analyze data, and support assembly, commissioning, operation and optimization of new components in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with assembly, integration and testing of complex mechanical/mechatronic systems.
• Experience with electronic equipment, lab environments, hardware troubleshooting and debugging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality in execution and documentation.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with aerospace qualification and environmental testing standards (TVAC, vibration, shock) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level investigations to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Design, plan and execute propulsion, vibration and operational test campaigns on components and integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed test documentation with traceability.
• Analyze test data, prepare technical reports, lead test readiness and post-test reviews.
• Provide hands-on support to production and engineering during assembly, commissioning, operation and optimization of new components.
