ALB is seeking a self-employed sales agent to build a local client base by prospecting property owners and securing property management agreements. You will persuade owners to entrust ALB with management, coordinate cleaning/maintenance, and nurture relationships with owners and guests to generate recurring income.

Organize your schedule with a mix of fieldwork and partial remote work, and you may recruit City Managers through the referral program, earning commissions.

Qualifications

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust.
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome.
• Motivation
• Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network
• Desire to build a long-term recurring income

Responsabilités

• Become ALB’s sales agent in your local area.
• Identify and actively prospect property owners.
• Persuade owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties.
• Negotiate and sign property management agreements.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers.
• Manage relationships with property owners and guests.
• Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income.
• Organize your schedule freely, combining partial remote work with fieldwork.
• Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity
