Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Properties & Real Estate Project Specialist to support strategic engineering, construction, real estate, and material handling projects across CDG and LGG EU hubs. You will coordinate FedEx teams with airport authorities and contractors to ensure safe execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of PM/real estate experience, plus fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of PMO, construction, real estate, facility management, or industrial engineering experience in logistics or airports.
• Structured, analytical approach with ability to simplify complex topics for data-driven decisions.
• Curiosity, ownership, and proactive problem-solving for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in French and English.
• PM certification is a plus.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects from initiation to handover across engineering, construction, real estate and material handling.
• Plan and monitor scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and changes aligned with objectives.
• Ensure governance through reporting, KPI tracking, documentation and senior updates.
• Monitor contractor performance, contracts, safety, codes, and FedEx standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes and ways of working.

What you will be doing:

As a Properties & Real Estate Project Specialist, you will support strategic engineering, construction, real estate, and material handling projects across our CDG and LGG European hubs. You will play a key role in coordinating FedEx teams, airport authorities, and contractors to ensure safe execution, strong governance, clear reporting, and effective stakeholder alignment:

• Lead and support projects from initiation to handover across engineering, construction, real estate, and material handling scopes.

• Plan and monitor scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and changes in line with business objectives.

• Ensure strong project governance through clear reporting, KPI tracking, documentation, and senior stakeholder updates.

• Monitor contractor performance, contract compliance, safety requirements, local codes, and FedEx standards.

• Drive continuous improvement across project tools, processes, and ways of working.

What do you bring with you:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, construction, real estate, facility management, or industrial engineering, ideally in logistics, industrial, infrastructure, or airport environments.

• A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to simplify complex topics and support fact-based decision-making.

• Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Fluency in French and English.

• Project Management certification is a plus.

• Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
