Alstom recherche un(e) Project Testing and Commissioning Manager pour superviser les tests et la mise en service des trains sur un site en France. Le candidat pilotera les tests de validation, la certification et les livraisons tout en assurant le respect des engagements qualité et sécurité.

Le poste requiert un Master en ingénierie ou équivalent et une expérience significative dans des projets complexes du secteur ferroviaire. Localisation: Valenciennes, France; langues: français et anglais.

• Capacités démontrées à collaborer avec d'autres départements et à communiquer efficacement.

Responsabilités

• Définir les critères d’acceptation des trains et valider les tests.
• Conduire les essais de validation et de certification et les essais en série.
• Superviser les activités de T&C jusqu’à la livraison et au transfert au client.

Project Testing and Commissioning Manager

Reporting to the Site Test & Commissionning Manager, the main role of the PrTCM is to get customer acceptance in due time and comply with T&C work package, QCD commitments and EHS requirements for a given project, and to insure REX towards platforms and site teams.

The PrTCM has both internal : Site T&C Manager, Project Manager, PrOM, Test Technicians, Industrial Director… and external interfaces : customer representatives, external suppliers…

Responsibilities

• Define clear and exhaustive Train Acceptance Criteria
• Implementation of validation and certification tests
• Serial testing
• Commissioning
• He relies on Site TC structures to provide and manage train managers and drivers for validation and certification tests, when necessary, and for serial testing and commissioning activities
• Definition of the expected vehicles configuration and quality level at the “Hand Over from Manufacturing line” milestone
• To pronounce T&C “Go/No Go” decision in narrow interface with PrIM and PrQSM at milestone “Hand-Over from manufacturing to testing” and at milestone vehicle ex‑works
• Create contract T&C documentation (tests programs, tests description, delivery planning, acceptance criteria, jigs and special tools, records, associated workload and workstation organisation (TAKT) ) based on contractual and design technical requirements
• Supervise the global customer acceptance performance for the T&C scope of work, integrating components and sub-systems contributions
• Ensure, by early contact with Engineering, the testability of the trains/vehicles
• Comply with project’s T&C QCD commitments, acting as Work Package Owner, in compliance with SPR process
• Maintain efficient and transparent interface with the Warranty Implementation teams working in customer’s depots, to get the QCD data for the commissioning activities performed by Warranty
• Ensure EHS is fully considered in project T&C scope
• Report Deviations, Near‑misses and Accidents
• Capture and report non‑conformities and ensure they are properly managed and closed, liaising with engineering, validation, RAMS, manufacturing and site Quality
• Ensure REX is fully taken into account

Skills & Education

Master degree level or similar level of formal qualification in Engineering, Industrial, Project Management is required for this role.

You bring significant experience in railway industry and complex projects and provide technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: Test and Commissionning, project management, sourcing, manufacturing, engineering, industrialization, warranty, validation.

You are able to demonstrate the ability to use this technical knowledge in collaboration with other departments. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to guide, influence and convince others.

The position is located in Valenciennes. You speak French and English.
