Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and contract development for IT infrastructure or application projects.
• Support IT teams from needs expression to contracting.
• Serve as primary contact for one or more Digital & IT departments and monitor project opportunities and savings.
• Collaborate with category managers to align sourcing strategy with category strategy (Software, End User Services, Telecom or Outsourcing).
• Understand IT supplier markets and procurement practices to inform decisions.
• Organize and drive supplier negotiations; update the contract base regularly.
• Develop and communicate procurement recommendations for supplier selections.
• Lead spot negotiations and identify quick-win opportunities.
• Ensure contracts or amendments are in place and maintain the contract database.
• Measure and report savings generated by projects in Smart Procurement.

La Direction des Achats Groupe recherche un(e) acheteur(se) projets dans son équipe achats Digital & IT.

L'équipe Achats Digital & IT participe activement à la transformation digitale des opérations IT via une collaboration étroite avec les équipes Digital & IT, le développement de partenariats solides avec les principaux fournisseurs IT et une contribution significative au programme d'efficacité du Groupe ainsi qu'à ses ambitions stratégiques.

En tant que Project Sourcing Specialist, vos missions principales seront les suivantes, en support aux projets Digital & IT :

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec vos clients internes (principalement IT) et leurs équipes afin de mener à bien les négociations et les contrats des projets liés à l'infrastructure ou au domaine applicatif,
• Accompagner les équipes IT de l'expression du besoin jusqu'à la contractualisation,
• Être le principal interlocuteur d'un ou plusieurs départements Digital &IT et s'assurer du suivi régulier des projets et des opportunités d'efficacités de ces départements,
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les category managers afin de s'assurer que la sourcing strategy et les recommandations des projets sont alignées avec la stratégie de la catégorie correspondante (Software, End User Services, Telecom ou Outsourcing),
• Maîtriser la complexité et les opportunités des marchés fournisseurs IT et posséder une vision globale et pertinente des besoins et pratiques Achats,
• Organiser et piloter les négociations fournisseurs conformément aux objectifs,
• Elaborer et communiquer la recommandation du Procurement en termes de sélection fournisseurs,
• Piloter les négociations « Spot » et identifier les éventuelles opportunités de Quick Wins,
• S’assurer de la mise en place de contrats ou avenants et mettre à jour régulièrement la base contrat,
• Mesurer, enregistrer sur Smart Procurement, et communiquer les savings générés par vos projets.

Are you a MATCH?

• De formation BAC +5, Master Achat / Ecole Ingénieur, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans les Achats IT.
• La connaissance des différentes catégories IT (Software, End User Services, Telecom, Outsourcing) est un prérequis.
• Vous maîtrisez la méthodologie Achats, les négociations ainsi que le project management.
• Vous avez une grande capacité d'écoute et de communication tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
• Vous savez influencer des décisions sans lien hiérarchique.
• Vous êtes force de proposition, avez une forte orientation client et savez anticiper et challenger les besoins du client interne.
• Vous faites preuve d'autonomie tout en sachant travailler en équipe au sein d'un réseau multiculturel.
• Anglais courant.
