Sodiaal's Yoplait brand is seeking a Project Manager to support innovation and new partnerships across Europe. You will structure, analyze, and operationally manage strategic expansion initiatives with internal teams and external partners.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with procurement, marketing, R&D, quality, supply chain, finance, and local teams, ensuring timely milestones and risk management while scouting new partners.

Job Description

Context

Yoplait is actively exploring growth opportunities across Europe and internationally, notably through:

• Industrial and commercial partnerships (co-manufacturing),
• Strategic expansion initiatives.

In this context, the role is designed to support the structuring, analysis, and operational management of these strategic expansion projects, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Environment / Key Stakeholder Interactions

This position requires close collaboration with:

• External partners,
• Procurement teams,
• International Marketing and Innovation Marketing teams,
• R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams,
• Finance,
• Local teams, depending on the projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Management of Co-Manufacturing Partnerships

Support the Head of Strategic Expansions & Partnerships in:

• Monitoring projects and partner performance (quality, costs, supply, volumes),
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the effective flow of information,
• Preparing and following up on interactions with partners.

Contribute to the identification and pre-qualification of new partners through:

• Preliminary assessment of potential partners,
• Collection and analysis of market and industrial capability information,
• Preparation of exploratory discussions and meetings.

2. Operational Management of Strategic Expansion Projects

Lead the execution of Test & Learn initiatives by:

• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including co-manufacturing partners,
• Monitoring project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risks,
• Contributing to performance tracking and capturing key learnings.
• Ensure the structuring, coordination, and monitoring of cross-functional projects.

Profile

• Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University).
• 4–6 years of experience in:
  • Strategy, Business Development, Strategic Marketing, or Consulting,
  • Cross-functional project management within an international environment,
  • And/or Innovation Marketing.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex topics.
• Ability to thrive in an evolving and uncertain environment.
• Strong analytical skills, business curiosity, autonomy, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and French.
