Median Technologies is seeking a Project Manager II (F/M) to lead oncology clinical trials (Phase I-III) involving imaging endpoints. This fixed-term maternity cover role will drive project execution from start-up to close-out, ensuring high-quality data, timelines, and sponsor satisfaction.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Imaging Operations, Data Management, Medical, Technical, and Site Management to deliver successful outcomes in a collaborative, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage oncology clinical trial projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk management, and communication plans.
• Coordinate imaging-related operational activities including study specification development, imaging database implementation, systems integration, image collection and quality control, independent reader management, central review operations, data management and sponsor deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and internal procedures.
• Report project status, milestones, and risks to management.
• Support and mentor junior project team members when required.
• Contribute to business support activities, including budget estimations and proposal preparation.

We are looking for a Project Manager II F/M to join our Project Management team on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.

In this role, you will act as the primary operational lead for oncology clinical trials (Phase I to III) involving imaging endpoints. You will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects from study start-up through close-out, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant study data while meeting project timelines, budgets, and sponsor expectations.

Working in a highly collaborative and international environment, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across Imaging Operations, Data Management, Medical, Technical, and Site Management functions to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage oncology clinical trial projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk management, and communication plans.
• Coordinate all imaging-related operational activities, including:
  • Study specification development
  • Imaging database implementation
  • Systems integration
  • Image collection and quality control
  • Independent reader management
  • Central review operations
  • Data management and sponsor deliverables
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, GCP guidelines, and project management best practices.
• Report project status, milestones, and risks to management.
• Support and mentor junior project team members when required.
• Contribute to business support activities, including budget estimations and proposal preparation.

Education

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or a related scientific field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, medical device, or clinical research environment.
• Experience in clinical trials and/or medical imaging is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of oncology studies is a strong asset.

Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of clinical research processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Understanding of medical imaging, data management, software development, or related healthcare technologies is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. French is an advantage.
