About the Role
As an EMEA/APAC Project Manager based in Villejust, France, you will lead the end-toend execution of complex customer projects from contract signature through delivery, installation, and customer acceptance. You will act as the primary customer interface while coordinating engineering, operations, quality, and external partners to deliver advanced antenna measurement systems on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role is ideal for a technically minded project leader who wants to grow in program leadership and system engineering within an international high-tech environment.

- - Lead end-to-end project execution from contract signature to final customer acceptance, ensuring delivery on time, on cost, and on quality.
- - Define and manage project structures, including WBS/OBS, delegation to System Engineering, schedules, budgets, risks, margins, and corrective actions.
- - Manage customer relationships as the main point of contact, aligning expectations, maintaining satisfaction, and negotiating change requests or contract add-ons with Sales.
- - Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, subcontractors, external partners, and MVG sites to ensure clear communication and effective project execution.
- - Ensure technical compliance with customer specifications, challenge proposed solutions when needed, and support system engineering and solution definition activities.
- - Oversee key operational milestones, including problem-solving initiatives, production bottlenecks, installation preparation and execution, and MVG quality gates.
- - Manage project financial performance, including budgets, billing, revenue, costs, cash flow, contingencies, and margin targets.
- - Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- - 2–5 years of experience in project management or engineering roles, ideally in complex technical systems.
- - Strong project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, risk management, cost control, schedule tracking, and multi-project coordination.
- - Solid understanding of RF/antenna technologies or clear willingness and ability to develop expertise in this area.
- - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments, influencing teams without direct authority.
- - Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and common software tools; ability to read technical documentation and schematics and troubleshoot systems.
- - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, autonomy, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally internationally.
Nice to Have
- - Experience with RF, antennas, electromagnetic measurement systems, EMC, or advanced test and measurement environments.
- - Familiarity with test instruments such as network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
- - Multi-disciplinary technical exposure across mechanical, electrical, EMC, software, or systems engineering.
- - French, German, or Italian language skills and experience supporting programs subject to European defense regulations or security vetting.
