Yole Group is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen its CustomProjects team in Lyon. You will lead high-value consulting projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver studies covering market, technical, financial, marketing, and strategic analyses.

You will translate client needs into dedicated projects and act as the client interface while ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will report to the activity director and contribute to ongoing commercial efforts.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in business administration or related field.
• Masters in microelectronics/nanotechnologies or related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN TASKS

To support its growth, YoleGroup is opening a Project Manager position to strengthen its CustomProjects team. This department delivers dedicated studies across a wide range of topics withinthe semiconductor industry.

Directly reporting to the director ofthis activity, you will lead and coordinate high-value consulting projects fromstart to finish. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and deliveringstudies that combine market, technical, financial, marketing,and strategic analyses .

In this role, you will translate clientneeds into dedicated projects. To achieve your goals; you’ll have to mobilizeand manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure the quality and relevance of project milestones and deliverables.

You’ll act as a key interface between ourclients and Yole teams.

Location: HQ in Lyon, France is the preferred location for this position.

As Project Manager, your main tasks will be:

• Leading and coordinating dedicated analyses following our customers requirements on avariety of topics in microelectronics industry: supply chain understanding,technology trends, market evolutions, etc …
• Building internal project team and hire external partners
• Supportingand managing the teams during the projects
• Establishinglinks between the analysts of the different divisions
• Creatingprojects’ guidelines and setting up objectives
• Trackingand supporting teams' actions
• - D eskresearch, interviews with various industrial players, networking
• - Creationof synthetic and efficient analysis materials (slides, models) for ourcustomers
• Monitoring project costs, profitability and time to meet defined budget and deadlines
• Managingcustomer relationship all along the projects and presenting results, and insuring quality standards are met.
• Participating in the development and qualification of a subcontractors ’ network
• Following-upof internal knowledge transfer from completed projects

Theproject manager is directly involved in the execution of the project . He/she will also be a support to commercial actions ofthe division.

Requirements

PROFILE

• Master’sdegree in Business Administration OR a Master’s degree (University, Engineeringschool) in microelectronics/nanotechnologies or a related field
  
• +4/8 years of experience in market research and/or consulting
  
• Goodawareness of the semiconductor industry and its ecosystem
  
• Capabilityto ensure customer’s expectations compliance and manage long term relationships
• Stronganalytical skills and abilities to organize and present your findings
• Excellentrelational skills
• ExcellentEnglish speaking/writing (minimum CECR - C1 / TOEIC 800); any additionallanguage is a plus
• Autonomy,proactivity, time management and commitment are necessary
