Affiliated with the Customer Success department, the Customer Support team plays a central role within Mirakl. The team manages all technical and functional requests from marketplace users and the Mirakl Connect platform. Additionally, the team ensures that incidents and product improvement requests are properly reported to the technical teams. The Support team participates in the continuous improvement of Mirakl documentation, the enhancement of internal customer management processes at the Customer Success level, and, more generally, of Mirakl solutions.
