Service Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model:Hybrid #LI-hybrid

• Join a dynamic team of 10 engineers working on new and evolving projects in France and abroad, focused on DCS and digital supervision solutions
• Act as the technical guarantor for supervision engineering activities, driving technical excellence and providing recommendations to clients in the oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors
• Support the project manager in technical execution, including team composition, planning, and supervision of engineers and technicians
• Monitor project progress, propose action plans to mitigate risks and optimize costs, coordinate commissioning and acceptance phases, and prepare technical documentation
• Participate in regular on-call rotations

Qualifications for the Rôle

• Proven expertise in automation (PLC and DCS) for industrial process clients
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• High awareness of safety-focused work practices
• Strong client orientation, with excellent communication, teaching, and diplomacy skills
