Ayming is seeking a senior IT programme manager to own the delivery of the Innovation IT programme based on the Drive platform, across an international perimeter. You will frame projects, manage SDLC release planning, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Fluency in French and English, plus 5+ years in IT programme management, are required. The role offers a hybrid work model with international exposure and opportunities for AI-driven delivery and governance.

• 5+ years in IT programme or project management, on both business analysis and delivery sides.
• AI fluency: you already use AI daily in your own work and can show concretely what it changed in how you deliver.
• Solid understanding of business processes.
• Ability to navigate between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the delivery of Ayming's Innovation IT programme, centred on the Drive platform.
• Frame projects by analysing business needs, constraints, resources, timelines, budgets and stakeholders.
• Own release planning across the SDLC: release scope, sequencing, readiness criteria, go or no-go, post-release follow-up.
• Manage cross-programme dependencies with the Sales Admin, Operate and Data & AI teams.
• Coordinate specification, development, UAT, migration and deployment phases in agile mode, working closely with the Squad leads.
• Facilitate steering committees with Innovation business line management and application owners.
• Report programme status (planning, risks, budget, scope) monthly.
• Escalate blockers and arbitrate with stakeholders.
• Maintain programme documentation and a roadmap that stays maintainable as scenarios evolve.
• Support Innovation application owners in coordinating the super-user network across entities.
• Contribute to adoption plans per country and business line, in coordination with the transformation team.
• Monitor post-go-live satisfaction and training coverage, in support of business stakeholders.
• Use AI as the default tool across your own activity: analysis, specification drafting, test design, documentation, reporting.

Job Description

What you will do

Own the delivery of Ayming's Innovation IT programme, centred on the Drive platform. Drive is the digital backbone of the Innovation business line, deployed across an international perimeter and actively expanding.

This is a role for someone who wants to own a domain, not just deliver a project.

Your day-to-day

Programme delivery

• Drive the platform milestones : scoping, configuration, testing, migration, go-live, hypercare
• Frame projects by analysing business needs, constraints, resources, timelines, budgets and stakeholders
• Own release planning across the SDLC : release scope, sequencing, readiness criteria, go or no-go, post-release follow-up
• Manage cross-programme dependencies with the Sales Admin, Operate and Data & AI teams
• Coordinate specification, development, UAT, migration and deployment phases in agile mode, working closely with the Squad leads

Steering & governance

• Facilitate steering committees with Innovation business line management and application owners
• Report programme status (planning, risks, budget, scope) monthly
• Escalate blockers and arbitrate with stakeholders
• Maintain programme documentation and a roadmap that stays maintainable as scenarios evolve

Change management

• Support Innovation application owners in coordinating the super-user network across entities
• Contribute to adoption plans per country and business line, in coordination with the transformation team
• Monitor post-go-live satisfaction and training coverage, in support of business stakeholders

AI-first ways of working

• Use AI as the default tool across your own activity : analysis, specification drafting, test design, documentation, reporting
• Work with the Squad on AI-assisted delivery of Drive : specification, code, testing, run
• Raise the AI fluency of the programme, business stakeholders included, and keep it moving as tools evolve
• Apply the group's AI governance and data protection rules to the programme perimeter

Contribution beyond delivery

• Contribute on process, functional, architecture, technical, interface and deployment matters, bringing proposals rather than waiting for specifications
• Map and rationalize the Innovation application landscape over time

Qualifications

What you bring

• 5+ years in IT programme or project management, on both business analysis and delivery sides
• AI fluency : you already use AI daily in your own work and can show concretely what it changed in how you deliver
• Solid understanding of business processes
• Ability to navigate between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Working understanding of full-stack and low-code development, data analytics and systems integration
• Structured communication, comfortable in project and steering committees
• Capacity to run several projects in parallel
• Multi-country deployment experience
• Fluent in French and English (international programme, French-speaking sponsors)
