About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Program Manager to own the coordination between cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Your role is to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery across our projects. You'll be the go‑to person for surfacing risks early, unblocking progress, and keeping everyone on the same page.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and internal project teams.
• Drive clear and consistent communication across teams to align expectations and priorities.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks across multiple projects.
  Track project progress and deliverables to ensure they’re aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate planning sessions, status updates, and post‑mortems.
  Maintain clear documentation of timelines, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
• Support teams in staying organized and focused on delivery without micromanaging.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re good at navigating ambiguity and surfacing what matters.
• Experience managing cross‑functional initiatives involving product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset when it comes to risk identification and mitigation.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.
• Willingness to work from our office in Bordeaux, France.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or product‑led company.
• Background in agile methodologies or scaled project frameworks.
