We manage everything from pre‑production planning to live broadcast execution, ensuring every moment is captured perfectly.

Location

Boulogne Billancourt – Hybrid work setup with three days in the office

Contract

CDD (fixed term contract) – Until the end of July 2026

This position involves travel abroad (up to two months)

About the role

Production Leadership & Innovation

• Develop and manage a comprehensive production plan
• Support the live editorial team defining workflows and procedures to achieve world‑class coverage
• Lead the implementation of specialised cameras in coordination with the Engineering department
• Oversee event‑time production delivery both at venues and central operations

Team & Resource Management

• Guide and support a team of project coordinators
• Manage relationships with technical suppliers and contractors
• Develop and implement staff training programmes

Budget & Operations Control

• Drive production budget forecasting and optimisation
• Coordinate scheduling for centralised and stadium‑based deliverables
• Ensure seamless collaboration across all HBS departments

What makes a successful candidate

• Proven experience in production or broadcast environments with a focus on live production (OB or centralised), preferably in sports events
• Experience with special cameras and remote workflows
• Strong project supplier management skills in media production
• Knowledge of broadcast production standards and equipment
• Understanding of production workflows and processes
• Experience with industry‑standard software and tools
• Team leadership skills and coordination abilities
• Be fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
