Do you want to be part of the team that brings major sporting events to life? Our Production Department is looking for a dynamic coordinator to support our global operations. You will be working behind the scenes of some of the world’s biggest sporting events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.

Your Responsibilities

Production Support & Organisation

• Organise and maintain project documentation and briefings
• Support workflow development and organisational structures

Team & Event Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate staff for events
• Organise pre-event briefings and documentation
• Liaise with all HBS departments and sub-contractors
• Assist with budget tracking and cost control
• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain and update production documentation

For this Job you Must

• Have experience as Production Coordinator/Assistant (preferably in sports)
• Be fluent in English with strong MS Office skills
• Be willing to travel for long-term assignments

Professional Background

• Sports/tournament experience is a plus
• Understanding of production documentation (running orders, cue sheets, call sheets)

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with production-related paperwork
• Ability to handle multiple project management tools

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
