Une entreprise de médias prestigieuse à Paris recherche un(e) stagiaire pour soutenir les opérations de studio, la gestion de production et l'administration. Le candidat idéal est en Bac+2/Bac+3 en production audiovisuelle, organisé, passionné par l'audiovisuel et à l'aise avec les outils de gestion. Ce stage de 6 mois est à temps plein et commence dès que possible.

Qualifications

• Étudiant(e) en deuxième ou troisième année de production audiovisuelle.
• Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) avec de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles.
• Passionné(e) par l'audiovisuel et familiarisé(e) avec les étapes de production.
• Expérience initiale en tournage ou gestion de production appréciée.

Responsabilités

• Assister les producteurs dans l'organisation des tournages.
• Planifier et coordonner les réservations d'équipements.
• Rédiger des documents de production et assurer la communication interne.
• Surveiller les délais de production.
• Mettre en place des processus pour optimiser gestion et planification des équipements.

Description du poste

In the video department of Condé Nast France, we are looking for an intern to carry out the following tasks:

Studio operations management

• Assist producers and video production managers in the organization of shoots and productions
• Plan and coordinate reservations for Condé Nast studios and equipment
• Check and maintain the availability and condition of equipment (inventory, maintenance, repairs if necessary)
• Organize and secure the studio spaces before and after each production
• Implement processes to optimize equipment management and planning

Production management support

• Assist producers and video production managers in project preparation and follow-up
• Provide logistical support to producers for shoots (catering, transportation, accommodation, permits if necessary)
• Act as a link between the technical and administrative aspects of production
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met

Administrative and editorial support

• Write production-related documents (service sheets, etc.)
• Ensure communication with internal teams
• We are looking for an intern in the second or third year of study in audiovisual production to join our team and actively participate in the management and organization of our productions.
• In Bac+2/Bac+3 in Audiovisual Production, Cinema, Communication or equivalent
• Organized, rigorous and with good interpersonal skills
• Passionate about audiovisual and familiar with the stages of production
• At ease with production management tools and the Office suite (Excel, Word)
• Initial experience in filming or production management is a plus
• Good command of French and English

Duration: 6 months continuously and full-time only, as soon as possible

Only one internship agreement for the entire internship period

Location of the internship: Paris 2nd

Internship agreement with a school only
