ETSI seeks a versatile Product Owner/Technical Expert to drive the evolution of tools and methods used in ETSI and 3GPP standardisation. You will translate the needs of ETSI Technical Bodies, liaise with IT, project managers and development teams, and prototype solutions with agile methods and SQL knowledge.

Based at the Sophia-Antipolis headquarters, the role requires autonomous, curious professionals, frequent travel, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in engineering or computer science.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Product Owner role.
• Experience in software development, knowledge of SQL.
• Project leadership skills.
• Previous participation in ETSI or 3GPP standardisation.
• Experience with document management or CMS platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously, organize and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent oral and written English.

Responsabilités

• Define and prioritise the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ETSI and 3GPP tools and platforms used by ETSI staff and member delegates.
• Liaise closely with the ITC division in prioritising development projects and maintaining product roadmaps.
• Support ITC project managers and development teams during the development phase.
• Develop prototypes of solutions where relevant.
• Develop, maintain and oversee user-acceptance testing of tools and solutions.
• Maintain currency with standardisation workflows, tools and methods in other standardisation bodies.
• Observe and track the evolution of editing and editing workflow tools outside ETSI and 3GPP.
• Support the development and testing of new methodologies for standardisation.
