Job summary

WeeFin, a Paris-based B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Product Owner Intern to help turn a strategic roadmap into clear requirements and high-quality releases. You will work with a mentor, the Product Manager, and focus on execution: turning strategic roadmaps into clear requirements and actionable tasks.

In this role you will write epics and user stories, manage the backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in progress with internship agreement.
• First experience in product, tech or SaaS is a plus.
• Genuine interest in AI, fintech or B2B SaaS environments.

Job description

As a Product Owner Intern at WeeFin, you will help bring our B2B SaaS platform to life, a solution trusted by the financial industry for ESG data quality. Working closely with your mentor, the Product Manager who defines the vision and strategy, you will focus on execution: turning strategic roadmaps into clear requirements and high-quality releases, acting as the voice of the customer within the delivery squad.

Your missions, should you accept them:

• Help maintain, prioritise and groom the product backlog based on business value, effort and dependencies
• Write clear epics, features and user stories with use cases and acceptance criteria, ready for sprint planning
• Flag priority conflicts and clarify requirements with stakeholders

Delivery & Quality

• Support end-to-end delivery of features within sprint cycles and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Partner with QA to validate functionality, usability and performance
• Ensure releases meet the Definition of Done and align with business needs

Launch & Iteration

• Help create release notes and support Product Marketing on GTM execution
• Monitor product performance, adoption and user feedback, and propose improvements to the backlog

Key stakeholders: Product Management, Tech, QA, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing internally; clients and partners externally.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Genuinely curious about AI/ML: eager to learn what NLP, Computer Vision and Generative AI can (and can't) do, and to develop prompt engineering skills
• Product-minded: able to translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks, with an interest in backlog management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Structured, analytical and detail‑oriented, at ease with tools like Notion, Jira, ClickUp or Confluence
• Autonomous and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a customer‑centric approach
• Strong communication skills in English and French, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders

Qualifications
